Kelly Clarkson was an American singer/songwriter that became the American sweetheart after she was crowned American Idol in the first season. The victory not only propelled her to stardom however, it also secured the singer a multi-album contract in partnership with RCA Records 19 Recordings and S Records. The singer has since released several Studio albums. 3 of these topped the US Billboard 200 chart, while others narrowly missed it. She's among the most popular stars to come out of American Idol. She tried her hand at recognition for her different musical themes and styles, often writing her own songs. Due to her distinctiveness and talent in the field of singing and songwriter, she received praise from critics and won a few important award. She has been the most notable winner of the Grammy Award three times. Apart from her singing career, she also has had a stint in TV and film. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is a children's story written by her. In addition, she was involved in charitable work and different organizations.
